Caroline has always been fascinated with nature. From an early age she took great delight in studying animals in their natural habitat and observing their behaviour. Caroling also enjoys capturing the the beauty and colour of flowers – whether it’s a spring garden, or the native wild flowers of Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

In 2009 she was lucky enough to spend five weeks travelling around east Africa visiting some of the major game reserves in Kenya and Tanzania, spending time with the mountain gorillas in Rwanda and observing the amazing work being conducted in a chimpanzee sanctuary in Lake Victoria, Uganda. The following gallery showcases some of her favourite wildlife images from this amazing adventure.

Spring time in Canberra is beautiful and the annual event, Floriade, captures the season. A selection of Caroline’s favourite images from Floriade 2009 can be seen in the gallery below.
